These are the terms for this site, the Lede skill (the plugin for Claude Code and the skill for other agents), the compiler and the command-line tool. They are short because the licences do the work.

What you get

• The code, including the compiler and the @lede-lang/cli package, is under the Apache License 2.0.
• The specification is under CC BY 4.0.
• The skill file, SKILL.md, is public domain under CC0.

Those licences are your terms for using, copying, changing and sharing each part. The full texts are in the repository.

No account, no fee, no hosted service

Using Lede needs no account and costs nothing. The compiler runs on your machine and sends your documents nowhere. This site is a set of static pages and one page-view counter, described on the privacy page.

No warranty

Lede is an early 0.x release and is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Each licence above carries its own disclaimer of warranty and limit of liability, and they apply. You are responsible for checking the pages you publish.

Problems and security reports

Report a problem, or a page Lede cannot draw, as an issue. To report a vulnerability privately, follow SECURITY.md.
